Well give us the statistics on random White women kidnapped by Blacks as opposed to White men. White men kidnapping White women/ girls are " outliers" now?

Kidnapping is so relatively rare that there probably aren't reliable stats that break it down racially.

When considering nationwide statistics, true... Not sure that holds water in places like Memphis, Baton Rouge, St Louis for whites though

It likely still holds true. For the most part, not always, violent crime is committed by someone the victim knows. Hence why the same race stats are what they are
