Apparently Pookie hasn't kept up with surveillance technology while locked up. Stupid fing animal.
It wouldn't surprise me if Pookie didn't have anything on the outside and wanted back in on the inside. He gets to go back to "mattering" and gets to rape/murder a white lady to get his wish.

Just another young man who needed programs.
Programs don’t fix someone like him. Bullets do
I always assume NIH is facetious when he calls for more programs for these hopeless cases. As if some slam poetry was gonna help this worthless perp.

I think he pulled over and possibly raped her, she fought when he tried to get her in the car, so she likely fought him during the rape, which infuriated him, so he probably killed her.

PSA: Make sure you’ve explained this to your kids or loved ones. Nothing good will ever come from allowing an abductor to move you to a secondary location where he can do whatever his sick mind wants without interruption. You don’t “be quiet” or “not make a scene” because he threatens to hurt you. You scream and fight then and there and force them to either let you go or kill you right there. The third option of being taken will always be worse than a quick death on the spot. If they are willing to kill you right there, it was always going to be worse if you allowed yourself to be taken.

Is that a securely gated community?

eta - if shutdowns are allowed to save "just one life" the torture should 100% be allowed in cases like this

Here’s an idea. Scream bloody murder. Yell out descriptions: “5’ 11” [insert skin color] MALE! 2011 FORD MUSTANG! 9 mm BERETTA HANDGUN!”
If there is a witness within earshot, you at least have a shot of giving the witness enough information to give to the police via cellphone and the police can make a probable cause traffic stop within short order.

You expect a woman in the most traumatic moment of her life to be able to identify the make and model of the car and gun?
Posted on 9/4/22 at 2:23 pm to UndercoverBryologist
In 2022 the victim will be canceled post-mortem for assuming gender/race or some shite. The masses on TikTok will take the side of the attacker and coddle them with no real consequences.
I agree though that being moved to a second location will be worse than the first. I’ve explained this to those closest to me. Some people are cruel.

Not to mention that if the victim makes a scene and fights and then ends up being shot or left for dead at crime scene A, there’s at least a chance of survival once the perp leaves. The chance of being discovered and receiving medical attention is far greater at crime scene A than the almost certain death that awaits at crime scene B.

It’s something you have to prepare yourself for like how you prepare yourself to pull your gun if you’re being abducted.
Even if it is just “2017 GMC TERRAIN, BUSTED LEFT TAILLIGHT, BLACK MALE!” if that information gets to police in short order via a witness, it can speed up the search for the abductor.

He'll avoid the death penalty by giving up the location of her body.

My question is where did they find his cell phone? Because unless it was at the scene of the abduction, why wouldn't they just use locations from that just like they did to verify he was in the area of the abduction?
Posted on 9/4/22 at 2:28 pm to Cowboyfan89
I don't know. Too bad torture isn't legal in a case like this.
Posted on 9/4/22 at 2:31 pm to Cowboyfan89
I may be wrong but I think it may have been at the abduction scene. The champion slides and the phone, right?

The phone was the woman's. Plus, that would have made it very obvious that he was there and they wouldn't have needed to pull the location data.

Yeah. I don’t remember where I read it. I was thinking that they may have to get into the phone first if locked or wait for DNA hit or something. Makes sense that it was her phone though.

The Mickey Shunick murder comes to mind. She fought above her weight class. She died, but left enough evidence to convict her killer.
I'll be surprised to hear that this girl went easily. She was only 5'6" and 137 lbs, but looks like she could leave a mark in a fight for her life. Probably why his slides were left on the street...
This whole story disturbs me. I have nieces in their 20s and 30s and 2 of 3 of them are runners. It's crazy to believe that you can be living your life peacefully one minute, and the next minute fighting for your life. It's sad, especially for those little boys.
