Seems to me if i was a cop i would want one of these body cams. I mean if you are a good cop all it should show is the shite you deal with on a daily basis and should protect you from bs like this. I think people that make up this BS like the girl claiming she was sexually abused by the cops and this story should have charges filed against them. You want to drag a cop through the mud well it works both ways.

Cop screwed up by not getting closer to the suspect and just placing him in custody before saying anything. But I am grateful he messed up cause seeing that dude hop the bridge was pretty awesome...like a frickin gazelle.

That's great and all, but it doesn't mean that all police brutality claims are bogus. The fact is black men are disproportionately targeted and brutalized by cops and this one particular woman tried to take advantage of the epidemic to save her boyfriend. It's just really unfortunate that when it's a false claim the police have no problem releasing the footage immediately but when the claim is legit all of sudden they aren't at liberty to release it
