Again, not sure how to tell from what I saw if the person videoing was an adult male or a teenage girl, so I have no way of knowing if they could have reasonably done anything. Note that I didn't have the sound on, so I'm not sure if the audio gave clues to who was recording this.

In NY, so death penalty is out. Not sure what happened to the guy being beaten, but if he wasn't killed then that seems excessive. As for the "mouth breather", the is no law requiring you to take action to assist someone being beaten.

Here's the oddity of the liberal mind (from my experiences).
They think they should be able to walk around nude in public (you just have to get over it), but support physical assault because of words that offend.

Had he been caught on video hitting her back he would be going to prison and his family would probably have to go into hiding. It's 2016.
