The guy started it when he threw his shoulder at her. That would have been inappropriate coming from another customer. For an employee to do that is inexcusable.
Was her response disproportionate? Yes, but he shares the blame here. If he had done that to a White woman, and she'd fallen over instead beating the crap out of the guy, then people in this thread would be criticizing him for sure.
