A woman who claims she was wrongfully arrested after refusing to join a Cobb County hotel holiday swinger sex party has pulled her $20 million lawsuit but plans to continue her legal quest to clear her name.
They really wanted her to pay and join in the fun.

Strangely enough, hotels do in fact reserve floors for these things.
My BFF used to be in charge of corporate rooms and special events for a large hotel chain here in Houston and a swingers group would reserve the same floor every year. They tried to mask who they really were when making the reservation
After a bit of prodding, they admitted it.

The lady that got arrested should have gone to the front desk and said 'y'all got some freaks up my flo' saying I need to pay them because it's the Swingers flo'..yall can move me to another flo' or tell them I'm staying and I'm not bout dat life,..they some freaky mf'ers"
