Have you ever been in college? If so, you never went out on a Thursday night? Its pretty common dude. Its not like she was up to no good or something. Go to a bar where college kids hang out at 1AM Friday morning.. It will be packed.

I was out at 2am more Thurs, Fri and Sat nights than not when I was 16-23.

We all do it. When I'm walking through a grocery store parking lot at 9pm in BR I'm not paying much attention to a black dude in khakis and polo. He's looking around for thugs too. Saggy pants and a hoodie? I'm keeping my eye on him.
this.

you can call me ugly names all day like racist profiler white supremacist but at the end of the day, its my job to get myself and my loved ones home safely.

Damn, they walked past him. Truly could have been him

Maybe they tried to hit on her and she rejected them, causing them to react this way? Thats all I got.

Surprised these ppl hear multiple gun shots and didn’t call the police right away

Yea this part is a little weird. The hoodie in 90 degree heat was suspicious enough. Throw in multiple rounds going off right after...yea I'm alerting the police.

They were probably drunk and didn't want to risk interaction with the police.

The train is probably moving at a snails pace.

Sounds like it, and that would make sense since they seem to start back very slowly after being stopped. So it's logical that it had been stopped and had just started moving when the audio begins.

Yep. We see this at our favorite bar and grill, Ivars. We go from 5pm-10pm and it's mostly our friends/older crowd. When we're closing out and leaving at 10:15pm it begins to fill up with a people half our age that stay till 2am.

It's perfectly normal for someone 21 yrs old to be out till 2 am in Baton Rouge.

In New Orleans that would still be normal at 4-5am.

Most likely knowing BRPD they will try and discredit the witnesses and assassinate their character.

We'd leave to go out at like 10pm a lot of times. We used to pre game at Spankys on Sherwood a lot post college though.

Similar law enforcement investigation strategy in the berry. A guy was shot and killed right outside my house 3 am. We called cops and stood outside waiting for the cops to ask us any questions. They never even once looked at us . I thought maybe some detectives would show up during the day. Nope, nobody.

Exactly. People act like this is some abhorrent practice that only racist white people do. Black people probably do it more than anyone

Like everyone was saying in the other thread: BRPD and the city is, at best, incompetent and, at worst, corrupt. And like I said, Kiran is clearly the only one who gives a shite. For those of you saying "what more is there to report? You think they're intentionally withholding info?" you see now.

Supposing he was drunk, he probably passed out when he got home and forgot to call.

...However, and not to belabor the "unreliable witness" discussion, if he was that drunk, it once again calls into question his ability to remember details accurately enough.

Jesse Jackson himself has said that when it is late at night and he hears someone behind him, he gets relieved when he realizes it is a white guy.

Zero chance it was 90 degrees at 2 am. Maybe 65?
