I have a job with 1 boss and 4 coworkers. Luckily, I work a shift by myself and only see another coworker during a shift change.
I do have a couple of inconsiderate workers who don't show up on time.

Work in a small environment (only four in my department) and they are all really good people. Don't hate any of them.

I don't like my boss that much. He lies out of his arse, is extremely arrogant, a borderline sexual psychopath, and a militant atheist. So...I'm looking for another job.
