Wireless IPhone Charging in 2017 Sierra

New truck has the wireless charging mat however Apple doesn't allow for the iPhone to be charged without a special case or chip. GM list BEZALEL Latitude as the case needed but was wondering if anyone else had any luck with a different case or chip.

I use a Rhidon Qi case on my iPhone 6 in my 2016.

Hard wired my iPhone to my truck. Now I don't have to carry my phone around anymore.
