I rarely even watch local news. Was simply making a joke stating the fact that TigerDroppings being faster than the local news is Germans as frick.
ANYTIME something newsworthy happens I can almost be certain I will find more valuable and faster information on this board than any local media outlet.

No problem. In basic terms, you have different layers within the atmosphere that dictate what type of winter precipitation we receive. That graph does a great job without going into unnecessary details (unless you're a huge weather fanatic).
