or, rather, a weapon that will make nuclear weapons obsolete - a weapon which will immediately make the country which developed it the most powerful country on earth (militarily).

In terms of human casualties, I'm sure there are some bioweapons out there capable of killing more humans than the most powerful nuclear weapon
