His right arm is extended across the center console, with two fingers of his right hand reaching into an open glove compartment in front of the passenger seat.
Was this known and presented?

My complete assumption, was smith got back out the car, calmed down, to then have the normal insurance procedure. Remember, shirtless dickbag was gone, so I think smith thought it was over.
maybe will went for gun only after Racquel and him were shot, he was reaching across vehicle to get gun where it normally was in glovebox but that thought only came while being fired upon.

Too drunk to remember he moved it from glove box to between the seats when he realized he couldn't bring it into FQF. his wife testified he went back to car to put it away.

gun would have been clearly visible in that video had WIll been able to grab that gun. Gun was unfired and still fully loaded.

So much potential for corruption in the 2 days it took to "find" it. Shooter is saying "victim" was armed and the chips don't thoroughly search? K.

Smith's dead body slumped across the driver's seat of his Mercedes SUV. Smith's left arm is seen draped over the steering wheel of his vehicle. His right arm is extended across the center console, with two fingers of his right hand reaching into an open glove compartment in front of the passenger seat.
I did not know this part. This paired with the wife's testimony seem a little too easy.

His first show was left side in an upright position, when he got shot, he had to have spun into vehicle so yeah, he probably instinctively was reaching for his gun while he was being shot to death. About as plausible of a scenario as there can be.

thats why I laugh at those applauding the NOPD.
they ran with this case as though it was Hayes 3rd strike and the first 2 were setting a church on fire and kicking an old lady in the face.

no, shooter never said that until his testimony. but keep spinning words and stories.

He said it on scene, in his interviews and on the stand. You could help your credibility by actually being logical and honest.

I could see it was some type of accident," Dreiling testified. "I heard very loud arguing, then gunshots. Two quick shots, then a slight pause, then seven more gunshots. Once I heard nothing more, I ran up to see what I could do.
This substantiates the first two shots were in Racquel and the next seven were in Will.
Evidence clearly supports this assertion, which is why they convicted on the attempted manslaughter charge.

he was mistaken in a moment of dying that he had moved his gun that day where Racquel testified he "normally" kept it. Actually shows me that Will had no preconceived thought of getting his gun until he was being fired upon when he was reaching to the wrong spot.

honestly, resorting to this clearly shows your lack of intelligence in presenting any sort of sound argument based on facts of this case and scene.

Racquel moved it. The hit was on. I think I just cracked it.
