You sure get aggressive easily. Are you the pussy that started the fight and then ran off when it got real?

Im just talking about how the Smiths were a trashy couple.

She spit in someones face.
He dragged her by the hair

they also hang out with trashy kenner brahs
and drive drunk endangering others.

Can't argue with you there at all. He certainly did not come out of the trial looking like an angel. That is why its my opinion that the jury got it right with the manslaughter conviction.

The only thing it underscores for me is that I don't think he had any intention or desire to do this. I can't say how it all went down but I think that generally he at worst misread the situation at the pivotal moment and wasn't attacking a guy that he thought was peacefully walking away

Disclaimer - not saying he handled the night right just not that it was some brute "don't disrespect me" show of force like some portrayed

bad situation.. but at the end of the day hayes made the right decisions. 10 times out of 10 in a situation like this i would much rather be on hayes side of the situation that smiths. He had no clue if smith was about to get a gun and shoot him. He felt he was and stopped that from happening.

Who is this David Dreiling character?

He certainly gets a decent confession out of the two. He definitely played them, led them on and held the phone down low so they wouldn't know it was recording.

Was Smith shot in the back only?

I know I read that he was shot in the back a couple of times. How many total bullet wounds?

And the wife was shot in the leg. Was she collateral damage or was he shooting at her also?

The first shot was proven to show that Will Smith was not leaning in SUV when fired upon first. So then that story was spun to the Oh he had a gun and he fired first hitting his wife whole hypothesis.

Looks like there was more video at the beginning showing Smith in his Mercedes but they obviously cut that out.

The one he took out of his open glove box, where he always kept it. The one they holstered and planted between seat and console.
