Yes he did. Your refusal to admit you heard that is laughable. Not to mention witnesses claiming he said it.

Actually shows me that Will had no preconceived thought of getting his gun until he was being fired upon when he was reaching to the wrong spot.
So he either happened to not put his gun in the glovebox that day, and decided frick it I will just put it in my seat

or,

while being shot he was able to open a glovebox and retrieve a gun

IMHO, neither of those are the most plausible

being FQF was that day and he had to put gun back in car, i'd say he may have thought to "hide" gun not in glovebox in a less obvious spot while being out there. I don't see that as unreasonable at all.

How is this not plausible? Do you think you just die and stop moving when you get shot?

honestly, resorting to this clearly shows your lack of intelligence in presenting any sort of sound argument based on facts of this case and scene.

honestly, refusing to accept your favorite jersey is now worthless is pretty pathetic. grown men should wear jerseys baw.

he was arrested. he posted bail. it happened. he served 250 hours community service and had to go to anger counseling. it happened.

you're some stupid kind of folk man. Hayes exact words were "he went for a gun" was the first thing out of his mouth. What witness claimed will smith was armed in hand?

I find it completely unreasonable to decide to not put his gun in the glovebox that day, but instead put it between the seats.

Funny you choose to argue the wrong point. bayoubengal guy has facts that he said hayes said will was armed and witnesses claimed it too. Stick to the story line of discussion.

I told you what I think is the most plausible in my opinion

I also stated it is an opinion. No need to get frustrated

I think Hayes should get time served. You need to be able to protect yourself in this country.

excatly, but Hayes admitted that he was the one that shot Smith, so no one had to see it
