If he wanted to execute both of them he would have. Since that is the conclusion everyone is jumping to. He did a pretty poor job of finishing the wife, tho it's pretty clear a stray bullet hit her

Doubt he was executing anyone. Dude shot them and then stayed on scene until police arrived. He didn't run.

I don't exactly think you walk up to a man in a G Wagon with his wife (& kids?) in the car and just starts shooting him cause you're mad. This guy has priority but so does Will. He doesn't seem like a total piece of shite

Pierre Thomas was in back seat. I believe based on reports the Impala was driven by the former NOPD officer who was with Will/PT/&wife at Sake Cafe. The former NOPD officer held the two at gunpoint until nopd arrived.

For all we know he got to Smith's vehicle words were exchanged, Smith reached for his insurance/wallet and dude thought it was a gun and opened fire because he was drunk, ignorant, and it was dark.

Two football players living in the same city, driving in unison on the same street. I bet they know each other. Maybe the altercation started some where else that night and dread boy tried to follow him. He hits Will to get him to stop his car, runs up and kills him.

My wife and I were sitting down on the ground behind them when this picture was taken. This is just to the left of the Tropical Isle a hand Grenade stage. Dash Rip Rock was playing. Weird.
