Shocking that a trashy deckhand would lie about starting fights.

Yep. Malibu's Most Wanted is giving Hayes his freedom.

That's what I was asking.

Someone said they used to be neighbors.

I said that. I could be been wrong, but I remember this topic coming up in the original thread months ago and I thought someone said they were neighbors or something

Interesting... I wonder what all the people who were crying about a 'lynching' a few days ago will say about this...

Why? Hayes still has to be justified in shooting Will Smith in the back 7 times.

I'm not sure what people don't understand about that.

my guess is fuller takes it easy on pierre and questions him mostly about the guy and trying to get him to say that he may not have heard anything said between will and hayes.

I agree with you based on the law

but chances are these Orleans Parish jurors are retards and will just figure that Hernandez is an a-hole and him and his wife both lied on the stand so then Hayes was justified.

Right? I don't understand the issue. One man shot an unarmed man 7 times in the back. That seems to me like a pretty steep hill to climb to call it justified.

Maybe, but like I said the jurors will be instructed on the law in detail. People that actually show up for jury duty tend to be smarter than you think.

If anything, just based on this it could just be a hung jury.

Fuller is doing a good job of misdirection but there definitely needs to be more.
