If there is someone posting about her and this case saying they know her from 1st grade you better believe that she knows about this thread. Don't be so naive. This it tigerdroppings. This isn't some bayou rant website.

So, Smith hits Hayes car from behind, then Hayes follows Smith, and according to Hayes best friend, who was in the car with Hayes, Hayes accidentally hits the back of Smiths car? Lol. Then Hayes shoots him 7 times in the back??? Lol. okay.
Yeah like Abe Lincoln went to see a movie and died.

Im still real confused on where everyone was standing and how this went down.
the video from the crime scene shows smiths wife to be down in the curb between a vehicle and the sidewalk a little ways ahead of where smiths car was. will smith was obviously making a move to get into his vehicle. smith's wife talks about trying to crawl to him, so how did she end up ahead of the vehicle between a car and the sidewalk? we know that smith was near hayes vehicle in the beginning of the altercation because his glasses were located at the rear of the vehicle and his wife testified that he went back there.
I am having a hard time grasping how this went down with the way that that particular gun ejects shells. where could hayes be standing to have a casing eject into smiths vehicle? the gun ejects shells at like a 45 degree angle back.
with the way the cars are and where smiths wife ended up and smith it almost seems like hayes would have had to have been between smith and his wife. she would have been standing near the sidewalk behind the pt cruiser that was parked on the side of the street and then turned and shot smith. I dont know. somethign just isnt adding up...

It's pretty annoying. I don't mind the biased prosecutor who is posting because he's giving good info and he's rooting for a team that he's a part of. But the other black and gold delusional fricks who aren't waiting for the evidence, which includes a couple of self-proclaimed attorneys, are posting pure bullshite.

Truth. Don't forget the judges best friend from first grade is here too.

You most likely could play two degrees of Bacon, with almost anyone in the US and tie them to a poster here or a lurker. The lurker to member ratio here is insane.
You never know who you are talking to.

Yep. The same players from the last thread a few months ago. And posting the exact same things about evidence that hasn't even been revealed.

Nah, that's what you hide behind. There's a clear defining pro Hayes camp on this board.

I never said we were best friends in 1st grade. I said I have known her since 1st grade and 12 years of Catholic school together.
We have not socialized together in many years (back in the days of college.)
I just knew her work as an ADA under Harry Connick, Jr. and I know she was tough in the courtroom then and is so now as a judge.

Racquel and Will had walked back to the front of the Smith's car.
Hayes followed them back to the driver's side of the SUV.
From what I've read in the past, I think Will was standing at the driver's door closest to the seat with his back to the interior of the car. Racquel was standing near him, possibly facing him, further away from the vehicle.
Racquel was shot first, collapsed and crawled away from the vehicle. Will was shot first on his left side (substantiating that his back was to the interior of the vehicle.)
It is my guess AND JUST A GUESS, that after one shot, Will spun around to see if he could grab his own gun, but Hayes fired more shots killing him where he was collapsed partially inside and outside his vehicle.

the vehicles were right on each other. its like 10-15 feet max between the 2 vehicles front doors with maybe 5-10 feet between their vehicles and the cars parked along the side of the road. Thats not much space for 2 large men along with the others that were on that side of the vehicle.

That is a ton of space. It means he approached Smith's vehicle
WTF??
The spent casings from a semi auto firearm easily eject out to a distance of 10'. Especially when they bounce around off of hard objects like metal auto fenders, glass and concrete and especially when fired from the height of a 6'6" man or however tall he was.
Also he may have shot W. Smith while standing at the front of his own vehicle since he may have been inspecting the damage from the collision. Spent casings may have ricocheted off of Smiths vehicle.

Detective: Only nine .45-caliber casings recovered on the scene. Hayes said to have a .45 the night Smith was killed.

ONLY 9??
If you know anything about self defense training you are always taught to continue firing until the threat has ceased.
Also, something no one has mentioned. What make and model of firearm was this? All we got was "a .45". A typical 1911 holds 7 rounds. How did he fire 9?
