Not if he was sitting down in the drivers seat and reaching towards the glove box.

He was never sitting down in the driver's seat. Pictures of the crime scene show his left arm on the steering wheel (or dashboard) and his feet on the ground pointing toward the passenger side of the SUV.

This indicates he fell into his car from outside the vehicle after being shot multiple times.

White woman yelling at a black man doesn't play well in an Orleans Parish Courthouse IMHO.

Judge in this case is white.

Judge Camille will not take BS in her courtroom.

So, Smith hits Hayes car from behind, then Hayes follows Smith, and according to Hayes best friend, who was in the car with Hayes, Hayes accidentally hits the back of Smiths car? Lol. Then Hayes shoots him 7 times in the back??? Lol. okay.

Doesn't fit narrative

A person's BAC depends on when the blood test is taken.

Read this:

Table 6 Some factors that need to be considered when interpreting results of alcohol analysis in postmortem specimens

• Specificity of the analytical method used and whether other volatile substances could interfere with the analysis of alcohol.
• Water content of the biological specimens analyzed.
• Variations in alcohol concentration depending on sampling site in the vascular system.
• Variations in alcohol concentration depending on stage of alcohol pharmacokinetics when death occurred.
• Postmortem diffusion of alcohol from the stomach.
• Postmortem synthesis of alcohol by the action of a host of possible microorganisms acting on glucose, amino acids and other substrates.
• Postmortem losses by evaporation or degradation of ethanol by various microorganisms.
• Contamination of specimens with extraneous solvents during emergency service treatment in the hospital or the mortuary or the laboratory.

Yeah, and yet quite a few on here saying the shooter is innocent, or at least justified, sounds quite liberal, Hahahahah

If there was a collision, which is very possible, it's not as obvious as many of you are making it out to be.

I NEVER thought there was a collision. Until I was shown one angle that was enhanced and something shiny falls to the street between the cars. To me that indicates there was probably a collision.

The first collision serves to explain why things escalated, but still does not excuse an execution of an unarmed man and the attempted murder of an unarmed woman.

Is the Judge as biased as you have been during this entire ordeal?

Asking for a friend I've known since 4th grade summer camp...

Yes, I know. That's why there was an LOL on my post. It was pretty funny. They're so opposite. I'm nothing but relaxed. However, you seem to need some help with calming down.

That may or may not be true but our high school/college boyfriends were best friends and we hung out a lot together.

We went to the same Catholic schools for 12 years.

I think she'd know my name and then some.

I just know she's not gonna take any BS off of anyone in the courtroom. She's not into nonsense.

Don't think she's into social media and message boards.

I see her husband post occasionally but not on TigerDroppings.
