I am going to disagree because the vehicle being struck is a 6,614 lb vehicle. It would take more than your normal impact to make that thing change speed or jolt forward. I think there was some contact and they will certainly know that after examining the vehicles.

I'm just saying I've personally witnessed the over top screaming at her and juries' reactions to it. It happens when it doesn't have to, for dramatic effect, and it doesn't always land. Not a negative comment, just a critique.
