behavior of some here.
i will say that majority of people have tried to be open about it all but the die hard smith camp on this board just seem to put on blinders and only see what they want and not even acknowledge areas where someone could god forbid have a different opinion. They will label you an idiot.

All that may be true but Will Smith is dead when he should not be. That "fact" will never change and justice should be delivered whatever that may be......

Foret is tweeting that he's headed back to the courthouse ... they can't have a verdict already can they??

eta: his tweet doesn't say anything more than "headed back to the courthouse".

I'm not invested in this at all except for it being intriguing and me knowing two people that witnessed it and were called to testify.

A couple of you guys seem really over invested in this. Is it really the Saints bias or is it because y'all just want justice and a stone cold killer off the streets so it's safer for your children?

i know I hate it for his children.

I also think those children's dad and mother made some bad decisions that is part to blame for their dad to not be alive today.

He's never been accused of being this. And it's your go to deflection.

Had he not driven drunk, none of this would have happened.

Is that what we're discussing today? Didn't think so.

Most just bought into the original headline that Smith was unjustly killed in a road incident. Then saw a big scary black man did it. Pride took over then. You know no one wants to admit they were wrong, even in the slightest.

I'm only invested enough in that I think it's an interesting case and seems like road rage has become something people need to really think about. I mean, when you think about it, a man is dead, and so many people's lives will be changed forever. Over what? Pride and testosterone. It's not worth it.

That must by why so many also jumped to conclusions in the McKnight shooting.
