He's never been accused of being this. And it's your go to deflection.
Because if you read back tLSU's post he mentions several times about the blood 'going back cold' by the time CH unloaded?? That would make him a murderer when his blood is 'cold'
Correct me if I'm wrong, and please try to refrain from calling names. I'm. It your buddy lsuPride and don't feel like playing footsie.

Dude, I didn't know shite about this case. I didn't even know Hayes was black until about 20 minutes ago.
Posted on 12/11/16 at 6:09 pm to Sid in Lakeshore
I wouldn't say that makes him biased
Personally I think he's guilty but it's gonna e hard to get the jury to convict... 10 out of 12 seems tough in a hazy case like this

Correct. And it will be much worse. Defendant would seem to have much better defense as he shot sitting in his vehicle with JM appearing to be coming to him. But white guy shooting unarmed black guy? That city is gonna burn with an acquittal. Especially if CH is convicted. Regardless that the cases and evidence is completely different.

The race of the accused/victim should have been the first info you sought
Do you even 2016 bro?

I'm not invested in this at all except for it being intriguing and me knowing two people that witnessed it and were called to testify.
A couple of you guys seem really over invested in this. Is it really the Saints bias or is it because y'all just want justice and a stone cold killer off the streets so it's safer for your children?
I'm not invested in this other than this thread. I give it about 2% chance I will ever meet the people involved in this incident in my lifetime.
I am simply following the EVIDENCE and interpreting it to the best of my ability.
FTR: I don't think I have called names or gotten short (except with Nado Jenkins). If I have I apologize.
To say only WS campers have gotten personal is laughable, particularly after the dudes "frick You" melt on the preceding page.....

quote:yes my gut feeling is he should walk. Maybe I don't agree with the way the law is completely written or maybe I feel that the defense shoehorned its way into convincing me that it was self defense, but yes.
And Hayes should walk according to you
Can I ask you an honest question? Work with me here because I'm walking and typing this on my phone so I'm not sure if I'll be able to dictate it exactly how I have it in my head.
Let's say Baby Jesus came down and told me that he could see in CH's heart and that he was truest afraid for his life when he did what he did.... ok with me, so we would know it was honest self defense..... well I think that this trial could have still played out EXACTLY like it has with every witness and every piece of evidence... I mean the same trial.
Do you think that is possible?

Far fetched hypothetical but yea I can see it happening like that

Not one person should argue this point. Hayes should still spend time in jail for gunning down another unarmed human in the street. If he though he was trying to arm, he needed to say that, not that he was shot at.

Based on the evidence, I just don't see how you can say Hayes did nothing wrong.

So as long as he feels he was scared he can kill a man that no evidence has shown was a threat to him? No, I don't think that should be possible.

The statute has been posted and explained enough in this thread. Inform yourself. Or don't, I don't care.
Bottom line is you're wrong.

Most just bought into the original headline that Smith was unjustly killed in a road incident. Then saw a big scary black man did it. Pride took over then. You know no one wants to admit they were wrong, even in the slightest.
Are you wrong for arguing Haye's motivation for the shooting was because he thought Smith was going for his gun?
According to Hayes himself, you are. Have you admitted it?

They seem to hate having someone have a seperate opinion than theirs, but it's possible noticing it more because my opinion has been called ignorant several times by the WS camp
To say only WS campers have gotten personal is laughable, particularly after the dudes "frick You" melt on the preceding page.....
I will say this past week lsuPride went back and forth with LNCH a shite ton... but Pride also while seeming to maybe favor the acquittal said he didn't think it would happen. (Don't quote me on that, I don't want to get in one of those back and forths)
