how did the back window of the Benz get blown out?

why do you believe that a high speed impact would be required to blow out a rear window?

do they even have the bullets that wounded his wife?

he cant match the bullets found in smith's body if they never found the bullets that injured Racquel

I am not on any side of the fence and definitely not pro Hayes. I want to see the truth come out and justice be served.

Why would that be "evidence"?

What's the relevance? Smith is the victim and him having dinner is irrelevant.

The only thing that matters, IN THIS SITUATION, is the few moments leading up to the shooting.

That's it. Everything else is a dog and pony show.

Pretty sure Airbags are not meant to deploy if your vehicle is rear ended. Which I why I could see why the airbags did not deploy on the Mercedes.

WTF? How can you charge him then with shooting her?

He didn't charge him with shooting her. He was never charged with anything related to her until the grand jury returned the indictment.

Honestly, some on this board play right into the classic tricks. Asking one person about the testimony the attorney knows will be elicited from the ballistics expert, as he has the report and the name of the person who tested it.

Some tests may have been done by the crime lab at the direct request of the ADA

I request additional testing all the time on evidence without going through the lead detective on the case.

This blows the NOPDs claim that the Mercedes was rammed from behind at a high rate of speed thus causing the Mercedes to run into the Impala. The DAs office just got knocked the frick out on that claim.

Yes it is evidence.

Teh evidence at the scene of the shooting is going to weigh more than the contributing evidence, but everything that happened that night is part of the entire event and is evidence.

I don't know. We'll find out.

If he answers yes, then he's got to start answering questions he is in no way qualified for.

When the coroner and forensics gets on the stand they'll answer specific questions as to that stuff.
