That is fricking ridiculous they didnt obtain the Sake cafe video or interview the witnessess at Half Moon before indictment.

and that is going to help him win this case in New Orleans..in front of New Orleans residents and New Orleans Saints fans.......I smell it could be a hung jury or a mistrial due to the handling of evidence

Yes as I said its easy to play this card when this type of activity within the NOPD takes place regularly and often.

This blows the NOPDs claim that the Mercedes was rammed from behind at a high rate of speed thus causing the Mercedes to run into the Impala. The DAs office just got knocked the frick out on that claim.

I am and have. You keep attacking me bc i'm not on your same side of the fence, yet you leave all others alone that are in your pro hayes camp. Nearly all of Fuller's bullshite accusations have come up empty so far. He even claimed a witness that was in fear of her life saw directly something about a cover up. It's all been a bullshite side tracking theory to distract from the basic facts of case.

From what I have heard from a friend close to the other passengers Richard is 100% responsible for causing tension and "bucking up" Smith.
He was yelling threats of this and that.
Of course the story changed when the NOPD arrived.
It's all hearsay but IMO, had Will been just with his wife it wouldn't have gone down like it did.
