Def. atty. John Fuller calls PI David Olasky to the witness stand.
Olasky testifies that he interviewed a witness (named 'Weedy' no less) that was at the shooting scene. She told Olasky (heresay...) that she saw retired Capt. Ceravola remove a gun from the victim's car. However said winess 'cannot be located' and besides, a simple time line shows that Ceravola was not at the scene at the time. He was on video at the Windsor Court at that time.

we found out through a defense-hired PI that a woman nicknamed "Weedy" is the one who "saw" Cerevalo take evidence
then the prosecution showed him video of Cerevalo at Windsor Court at that exact time and had him admit that witness was mistaken
that was the defense's 1st witness

I know its his job to create doubt by any means, but Fuller appears to have talked a lot of shite before this trial about stuff he wasn't anywhere near equipped to back up with any kind of proof.

supposedly the private eye wasn't even going to testify until Cerevalo came up as the prosecution's final witness and owned it

So I'm curious ... lawyers here, is Hayes getting at least a fair trial in your opinion? I would hate to be on that jury. I guess it's easier to follow and evaluate in person than on Twitter.
