O'Neal is far from a calming guy. If u saw the video of him outside the courthouse the other day.

He doesn't and I've said that from day one. He just has a really perverted view of the law, like a lot of people on here.
If Smith said he had a gun, Hayes thinks he can then shoot him and he's fine.
That just isn't the case at all.

I'm saying he probably said something to the extent as "hey, I have a gun, let's not do anything stupid".
As opposed to him saying "I have a gun and I'm going to kill all of you frickers"
The same witness says he was trying to keep things from escalating.

1) Hernandez didn't say it to Hayes, and according to the witness he didn't see those two have any interaction. KON nor Hernandez were involved in the actual shooting.
2) KON admits he didn't think that Hernandez was a threat. Therefore, he took the "threat" as an idle comment.
I mean, as to this point, that pretty much blunts it. I don't understand how you can argue otherwise.

I'm just messing with you. Although I think calming would not be the word I used. De-escalating by instilling fear is probably closer what he was trying to do. But I get what you're saying.
Anyone honest with themselves, can probably look at this ordeal, and agree that there was no right or wrong clearcut. I would be willing to bet most every member of each party did something wrong that night, and looking back, wished they would have handled at least one thing differently. It honestly sounds like a cluster frick of enormous egos spilled out into the public street.
