It's not a loaded question. You're just not going to say the answer because it doesn't jive with your stance in this thread.

I'll say that isn't what he testified too.

He testified that Hernandez and Hayes had no interaction.

He testified that he told a federal agent that he said it to both.

he testified in court today that Hernandez and Hayes had no interaction whatsoever.

So...

If Hayes didn't engage Hernandez it's hard to say they were interacting. Otherwise Hernandez is just screaming at him.

DO you think inserting a gun into the situation has a calming effect? Be honest.

ok

what situation?

and who is inserting it into the situation?

or are you talking about oneal mentioning a gun.

or are you talking about hayes exiting car with gun when nobody saw this and nobody has testified?

most damning neutral statement yet in this trial:

Ramon Antonio Vargas ?@RVargasAdvocate 27m27 minutes ago
ADA Napoli: Was Will Smith doing anything to warrant 7 shots to the back? Justin Ross: He was not.

It's pretty obvious we were talking about this. So again, do you honestly think his claiming to have a gun had any kind of calming effect, and would you have expected it to? And again, be honest.

Napoli has Levray say she didn't see any physical contact between anyone, and that Hernandez was the primary agitator. Implies Smith wasn't.

not really sure. I would have probably pulled mine on hernandez if I was oneal. he was in a 2 on 1 situation with people with major anger issues and character flaws. that is a given.

Doesn't sound like you would characterize that effect as calm.
