I was at 215 before Covid-19 now I’m at 190. I feel great and the whole idea of eating out is probably gone forever from me. I really didn’t know how much damage it does. Cooking at home and “not really eating lunch cause there’s too many people at my lunch room at work” has made a huge impact. I don’t think I’ll ever go back.

If I didn't eat somewhere or buy food from places where the chefs or CEOs had views I disagree with I would have to grow and cook all my own food. People who make themselves suffer over "boycotting" are dumb.

I’ve been cooking at my house for years, because I enjoy cooking and it is therapeutic for me.
When I buy prepared food from a business, I buy it from places that serve good food, irrespective of their politics, because their politics are never as extreme as those shouting them down, and I’m treated poorly nowhere.

During shutdowns I stopped eating out almost entirely because I hate doing take out.
I haven’t hardly gone back to eating out and have lost 5 lbs. now if I try to eat fast food I feel awful and don’t even want it anymore
