I would bet that BRPD has photos of each of these homeless people that inhabit Sherwood/I-12 and Siegen/I-10. If I were the police chief that is what I would do. In fact I would not be surprised that most of these homeless folks have multiple priors and the police already know them. Our unqualified racist mayor has tied to hands of our police force and doesn't want them harassing the "homeless" ( drugged out losers).

I would start by CALLING your councilperson. Kiss arse and garner empathy, but be relentless. Unless you know someone high(er) up, they are probably your best chance of making some noise.

Hey bud, registered on this site just to respond. Didn't read any of the other responses but that guy with a pipe usually hangs out at that Racetrac. He usually doesn't have a shirt on and a backpack with 2 pipes that he's sharpened sticking out of it.
And yes people it happened. Daughter works near there and saw the cops. That Racetrac is the worst in BR.

I back cops that enforce the law. I don't back cops that don't want to enforce the law. The social movement against cops is an attempt to prevent the enforcement of the law. The leftist political agenda that exists in BR and many other places is meant and has succeeded in weakening law enforcement and preventing law enforcement from doing their jobs.
In other words, it's 100% consistent to back the blue when it comes to them doing their job. Pointing out that they are being prevented from doing their job doesn't justify less enforcement.
