People from broken households don’t view cheating as a big deal.

It isn't just from broken households. I dated a girl from a really good family with two parents who are head over heels in love with each other. She straight up told me that she would forgive me if I cheated. Made me lose all respect for her.

Pretty blanket statement.

You’re right. There are definitely exceptions.

I'd argue that a lot of children from broken homes are far more aware of the affects when a marriage dissolves and would not repeat the errors of a parent or parent(s)

You’d think this would be the case, and again there are exceptions, but offspring of divorced parents divorce at a much higher rate than those of parents that endured.

People very frequently repeat the mistakes that their parents made. This can’t be news to you.

very similar to the old, "don't ask, don't tell, I know that boys will be boys" pre-disclaimer, means the slut's Jody card is full of sidepieces already

Since you sign your wedding certificate prior to the ceremony, are they, technically, still married?

If you ever got married, you did it wrong.

The least she could do is give me a chance to explain things because, it's not as bad as it looks.

To each there own but I wasn't about it. I'm not a cheater but her telling made me want to. I was disgusted with her and it pretty much was the beginning of the end.

A former Bronco teammate of John Elway told me Elway's first wife Janet announced that she was divorcing him in front of hundreds at a charity function in Scottsdale where she was supposed to present him with some award. Apparently, she had caught him cheating and they split for some time before she took him back and then found out he was still straying after they reconciled and she was humiliated. I used to see him out often right after and he was a trainwreck in public.

Damn, I cant imagine the temptation guys like Elway probably went through on a daily basis. Doesn't excuse it but I guess I'm blessed not to have that kind of pressure.
