She is actually a victim of Bravo TV where this exact behavior is celebrated by straight women and gay men.

She wanted divorce but she wanted it to hurt him too.

She only got a fifty percenter on that one.

It’s also mental that she put this on social media.

Totally agree but that's not what this woman wanted. She wanted out of the marriage, she was just upset that he apparently did too. That's why she's mad. I'm willing to bet that had he groveled, she wouldn't not have taken him back.

I think that's a difference between a lot of men and women. Man wants to break up, but woman beats him to the punch, most men don't care. They got what they wanted...to be out. Woman wants to break up with man, but man does it first, woman is mad. Probably because she feels as though she was the one that was rejected.

Yeah, no doubt. I was just more referring to people who beg their spouses not to leave them in general but in this case, it seems this lady is so into herself that she likely, as you said, wouldn't have stayed with him even if he begged. I'd venture a guess that had he begged, she would find a way to insert it into the conversation with her girlfriends later to further humiliate him and elevate herself.

"Yes, ladies he even begged me to stay with him. Like tears and everything like it was so sad but I have to follow my heart you know? Even though he cried and cried, I just had to stand my ground."

Funniest part about all of it is that she seems reasonably attractive and most likely will have plenty of sexual partners should she want them. None of them will commit to her nor stay, however, and she will find herself desiring a deeper connection one day but will begin searching for it with a resume that includes a higher body count and a divorce on her. Good men that could provide that connection will see those red flags and maybe even this video and will not be willing to try for anything meaningful with her. Feminism hurts women in the end.

And then they're shocked when they find out the hard way that guys aren't looking to commit to 35 year old divorcees.

100% chance she's going to have a ton of guys trying to sleep with her.

Almost 0% chance she'll attract anyone who is worthy of building a life with.

And women wonder why guys aren't "more sensitive".

You took him to a shrink that he didn't want to go to in the first place, told him you decided already that a divorce was happening, and then less than a day later you aggravate him while he is relaxing himself because you wanted to "talk" and potentially save things...

Maybe talk and save things BEFORE? I don't know... Stop sending mixed messages and expecting shite to work out in your favor 100% of the time.

But, oh... "Communication is KEY".

I think you are underestimating how bad the market is and how much many men will tolerate.

This chick is attractive, in good shape and employed. She will definitely find another man willing to put up with this crap. They always do.

That's plausible. I've been with my wife for 16 years but I hear from our single friends that the dating pool is thunderdomish these days.

ETA; Just checked the thread and the very first response is a dumb simping for her. Perhaps you are indeed correct sir

I don't at all fault that Baw for wanting an outlet to turn his brain off after work.
I don't either. Like I said, it just surprises me. Where I do lay some blame is when that activity gets in the way of time with one's spouse. If he has time for both, more power to him.

As a woman, if my husband did that, I'd react the same exact way. Don't talk to me, it's too late for that. In fact, I'd have probably left that night. If you've decided you want a divorce, it's tough to turn back from there. She got what she deserved...

I will disagree about the counseling, however, we've gone a couple of times (to a guy counselor that he found so it wouldn't be held against me) and it really helped. We just needed a mediator to help see each other's points of view. Going strong now at almost 23 years.

I’m a fan of counseling for couples, I just wish couples would be more selective about whom they choose to allow to speak into their marriage. A good unbiased truth teller can be very helpful. Just have to make sure you vet them before you take their advice.

Agreed. Her husband “took himself off the lease” and was “playing video games” — code for, Dudes a broke frick with little ambition.

That broad is high maintenance. Match made in hell. She needs a wealthy dude who will let her job be looking hot and managing the house staff and caregivers. She’ll probably find if she sucks a good enough dick.

Look, I'm not here to defend gamers that spend hours on end every evening playing xbox but is it really that big of a deal if a guy plays a game or two of cfb 26 to chill out for a few minutes after work? Is that really any different than women scrolling social media on the couch?

It's insane to me how stigmatized gaming past a certain age tends to be. Like you said, if you come home and sit in front of a PC monitor or TV gaming for 3+ hours neglecting all of your responsibilities, then I get it. Otherwise... I'd argue gaming is a better habit than scrolling through fricking Instagram and Facebook.

Assuming a lot there aren't you ?
I don't get the video game thing, but whatever.

And Low IQ people think that a home is a great investment,
Rental property is an investment, a home is an expense.
For years I had simpletons tell me that I was throwing my money away on rent.
Little did they know I was sitting on a stock portfolio that would pay cash for their house many times over.

They probably discussed it at some point, which is probably part of the reason they were in therapy.

Well, they are probably in therapy because in her mind she wanted the therapist to help her husband see things they way she does.

He was just going through the motions at this point.

She told the therapist and they were thinking "I want to see this shite" and was all for her doing it during a session.

Dude was probably thinking "I want to divorce this bitch, but I want it to be her idea otherwise she will make it more miserable for me"..
