No it doesn't work that way. Trump has made it very difficult to become a US citizen. After we were married she had to apply for her green card just like someone immigrating here. Even that is not guaranteed because you have to undergo an interview and they reserve the right to reject your application. Full citizenship takes approximately 10 years.
