Had this issue for awhile with my GF having an issue with it. I simply told her. I am not going to cheat. So if you want to play the "I'm tired not tonight" stuff, I will do it. So she knows as long as we have sex frequently, I don't need to do it. Seemed to resolve the issue. Now she still gives a bit of an attitude if I do it, but she understands it's my way of getting it out and I'm not cheating so she doesn't give me to much drama over it.

Only time my wife gets upset is if I'm on the patio swing and the neighbors are outside.
