I think we are getting much closer to the truth. I don’t want to discredit the otherworldly idea, but I think the orbs fall much more in line with that, and not these drones.

Could be training, could be a credible threat. It’s most likely us, either way.

That at least gives me some solace. If this was China I would be shitting bricks.

Nah man, they don't always coordinate. I've been involved in exercises where we did not let the locals know.

I'm not saying it is the case but there are exercises all the time used to gauge reactions of different entities and normally you do not alert them to the fact they are going to be probed, the information is mostly useless if they are alerted. Red Cell is a generic term in the military and three letter agencies for those types of actions and they have been going on for decades. Testing vulnerability requires clandestine operations.

There is no question we need to take a hard look at how we deal with drones. They currently live in a space where civilian agencies have little or any power to disrupt or destroy them. It is absolutely possible that this is a clandestine operation to charge public opinion in order to fast track legislation. It is hard to say if something does result from it whether it will be good or bad on the whole but it is almost certainly going to lead to a bunch of angry drone operators. Without this "scare" the drone operators may have been the only loud voice where now the public may be much louder wanting something done to improve their "safety".

The videos and audio of the swarms illicit a feeling of dread. Reminds me of the old Hitchcock movie The Birds.

The sound will be the sound of terror and warfare in the near future.
