He wasn't threatening that cop. He was trying to leave. He broke up a fight between 2 females and had done nothing wrong. No bullets needed to be fired and if you say that they needed to be youre insane.

By the time he headed to his car he had already fought the cops and was unsuccessfully tased at least once. He was going to his car and reached for something inside of it. The cops had absolutely every right to pull the trigger.
