If evolution is truth, then extinction is an important part of the process.

If God/creation is truth, then it especially doesn’t matter.

I’m not saying we shouldn’t care for earth and its animals. Some preservation efforts are probably in order but not to the tune of the millions we spend.

I don't like it if the LGBQT+-Abcdefg*&^T crew is the new "evolved" species. I'll stick with trying to spend the millions to keep what we have.

That settles it. Let’s cut down all the redwoods and build Dollar Generals in their place.

The world would be a better place if mosquitoes, fire ants, and roaches were endangered.

You now have an assignment - Read:

Sapiens: A brief history of human kind

Let it provoke some questions. Whether you agree, believe, align or whatever, afterwards reflect on this post again. Curious if your perspective of entitlement will have changed...

While true they are still the most important pollinator for agriculture. While another species would have probably taken their role had they not been imported taking them out no would cause massive issues in US food production for some period of time until another species built its population to the point of replacing them in the ecosystem.

Honey bees are not native to North America. Plenty of other species of bees are.

quote:

Native bees are the primary insect pollinator of agricultural plants in most of the country. Crops that they pollinate include squash, tomatoes, cherries, blueberries, and cranberries. Native bees were here long before European honeybees were brought to the country by settlers (honeybees are not native to North America). Honeybees are key to a few crops such as almonds and lemons, but native bees like the blue orchard bees are better and more efficient pollinators of many crops, including those plants that evolved in the Americas. Native bees are estimated to pollinate 80 percent of flowering plants around the world.

It's hilarious, they spend all day bitching about people yet would kill off the animals so we could have more people?

Everything serves a purpose. Whether we realize it or not. Our own ignorance is making ourselves a endangered species.
