The rest of the developed world would tend to disagree and they seem to be doing much better than we are at this current juncture.

Uh yes. I’ve been saying that for months.

But "face coverings" were entirely impossible to come by then?

If “homemade masks” are good enough now, they were good enough then. This is total BS.

While I play pool with one other person, no one else around? Or to walk to a table and immediately take the damn thing off? Or watch servers wear them below their noses? The masks are fkn ridiculous.

Tough to say since we’ve had a shite ton of protests here and a bunch of people that don’t follow the mask guidelines.

The mask is inconvenient and uncomfortable, and who knows to what degree it’s effective; but I’m not gonna whine like a baby and berate store employees for asking me to wear one.

I don’t want any more shutdowns, so if mask mandates are what’s necessary to prevent them, I’m fine with it.

And neither will I, and neither should anyone.

I do not support a mandate, particularly one that involves police refusing to enforce it, putting enforcement on business owners.

Oh my god shut the frick up. A mask mandate in March would’ve exploded 95% of your heads.

The gradual, but inexorable bending of peoples wills. We wouldn't have accepted it then, but we do now.
Why do I find this terrifying?

Ask yourself how sound a law is if it is dependent upon citizens to enforce it.

We never had a shortage of random strips of cloth that has been deemed ok by the authorities

so did the CDC lie to prevent hoarding of masks?

Of course they did, that's been obvious from the beginning.

He is 100% correct, they will not stop this, nothing can, it’s like the wind. Its all about buying time hopefully until we get a vaccine.

I think I have this shite for second time this year. Waiting on test results.
