People who hate on Slidell have probably never spent time there. I grew up in Slidell and now live in Covington. West St. Tammany has the same exact problems Slidell has with worse infrastructure.

Slidell is to Mandeville and Covington as the West Bank and Kenner is to Old Metairie and Lakeview

Lol because people that live in Mandeville and Covington think it’s “upscale”. Saint Tammany is going downhill fast due to all of the drug use and it’s not limited to Slidell. Most of the drugs reside in Mandy/Covington, but most will never admit it.
