Lmao some of the stuff you guys believe is shocking. It would not take any effort at all to debunk this but you choose to believe this narrative anyway because the truth isn't important to you.

Seven experts in toxicology, cardiology and illegal drug use consulted largely disagreed with that idea, most of them strenuously. All but one said the autopsy findings and other court documents, coupled with the well-known chain of events that evening, made death by a fentanyl overdose unlikely to impossible. (One expert, Craig Beavers, chair of the American College of Cardiology’s cardiovascular team section, said he did not have enough information about all the circumstances to form a final conclusion.)
7 experts that have studied the toxicology reports vs some random idiot on tigerdroppings that probably went to school in the 49th ranked state in education? Who should I trust?

Yeah baw noone said he died due to being strangled so I don't know why u would post a statement about neck injuries (provided by the defense lawyers to confuse simple minded people like yourself). His heart gave out, not his neck.
Im glad Chauvin sacrificed his freedom to get a dangerous criminal like Floyd off the streets

the only reason people even care is because they think they are heroes fighting a culture war.
they will point out Floyd's arrest history but conveniently ignore the fact that Chauvin was a POS as well that had 9 felonies unrelated to the George Floyd debacle.
those 2 assholes deserved each other.
the only way any OT'er would ever defend a 9 time felon that was also a pig is for someone to tell them that he was a victim of the woke mob. he couldve pulled out his gun and shot floyd in the head and people would say floyd died from smoking a joint, evidence and jury trial have no bearing in these emotional beings heads.

So you agree Chauvin was in no way responsible for that piece of shite's death? Got it.

Chauvin contributed to the circumstances that caused his heart to fail.
Unless you think it's completely random when Floyd died and he wouldve died at the exact same moment if he was just sitting on his couch at home rather than being in Chauvin's custody.
if that is the case then Chauvin is just severely unlucky, yet still a 9 time felon who deserves to be locked up anyway due to the 3 strike rule.

You are saying Floyd's heart failed. Did Chauvin hit him with the Bruce Lee Touch of Death? Every statement you are making supports Floyd's death wasn't murder.

rather than asking me why don't you study the effects of stress due to exhaustion put on the human body? the first person that ever ran a marathon dropped dead at the end of it. I guess in your mind the fact he just ran 26 miles had nothing to do with it if it was his heart

Read the autopsy report and think for yourself.
Stop resorting to personal attacks due to your insecurities. Have a discussion/disagreement like an adult. And you may want to change your name if you're not going to represent better than that.
quote:
"[Dr Andrew Baker] said that if Mr. Floyd had been found dead in his home (or anywhere else) and no other contributing factors he would conclude that it was an overdose

Did you even read what you posted
he wouldve have ruled it an overdose IF those 2 things were the case. those 2 things were not the case though.
and he went on to specifically say it was not an overdose
you politards are incredible. trying to use a partial quote from the doctor who specifically said he was not ruling a death an overdose as evidence that his autopsy said it was an overdose

quote:
In documents last year, Baker described the “fatal level of fentanyl” in Floyd’s system and told federal investigators that if the victim was “found dead at home alone and no other apparent causes, this could be an acceptable overdose.” Baker also cautioned, “I am not saying this killed him.”

“In my opinion, the law enforcement, subdual restraint, and the neck compression was just more than Mr. Floyd could take by virtue of those heart conditions,” Baker said.

So you should be able to avoid jail if convicted by a jury of your peers in a state case, while also pleading guilty to federal violations, that include violations not involving st George

Its crazy how little some people care about constitutional (6th amendment) rights when they belong to someone they don't like such as Floyd.

Imagine finding things that have absolutely zero affect on your life to be fake outraged about.
And then being upset that someone else isn't showing an appropriate level of fake outrage

The only two people that deserved jail time out of this was Floyd and whoever sold him the fentanyl that killed him.

It is continually amazing to me how people actively seek out information to support their own world view, instead of taking in all information available, most importantly from a recognized expert source. In this case, why not respect the chief medical examiner whose job it was provide the official cause of death?
George Floyd was a scumbag....
Derek Chauvin acted unprofessionally and made a bad mistake
and his actions were the primary contributor to Floyd's
heart failure.
