Steak prices are the least of my worries with the Biden disaster
He won't remember any of it but he'll go down as worse than Jimmy Carter.

“shite that’s been going on” is not an appropriate response when 99% of it is man made.

the death toll wouldn’t move in either direction by more than a tenth of a percent if we had operated as normal since May of last year

Kinda tough to do with no time axis

So you don't think it's his administration causing inflation by printing usd out of thin air?

I don’t even like Biden but blaming him for every little thing is so stupid
Just like acting as if Trump was the actual spawn of Satan was ridiculous/obnoxious
And Obama couldn’t take a shite in the morning without Fox News bitch long about it
And on

Hasn't "full boat" for rib eye always been around $15-20/lb.?
No. It was 12 dollars a month ago.
8-9 dollars pre Covid

I know you OT ballers would never buy steaks at the grocery store, but Brookshire’s has bone in ribeyes for $6.99 per pound. And that’s about normal sale price. Just swallow your pride when the prices are high and buy what and where you can afford.

21 dollars a lb for ribeyes. Ridiculous

Catfish fillets are $10/lb. what’s the deal there, baw. And this was pre-Biden.
Loss of production acreage over the years and banks refusing to lend for new farms because it’s a high risk business causing supply shortages. And input costs, mostly feed, have been outrageous since the Great Recession

Did you vote for Joe Biden?

Because people will still pay at those prices

This was at wal mart for a pack of 3 regular ribeyes.

Supply and demand in light of the shite going on right now. I think a big part of it is China is buying up all the feed.
When you get 32 downvotes from the OT that's a sign you are right.
This is just doing a simple google search.. without getting into the details.

But I am sure all of these idiots have their own brillant theories.

Walmart has always had the highest beef prices around. I never find a bargain there.
Good on boneless chicken and ground turkey, but beef is always high.

No more mean tweets going on in this country so I am 100% in support of this.

Then it isn’t your fault.

the primary issue is the cost of inputs skyrocketing beyond what a normal “bubble” would produce, fuel being the main driver
the main secondary issue is the back end costs of getting the meat to market without taking on the added cost of labor. which is impossible when competing directly against government subsidies. that are not subject to the same competitive forces the private sector is
