I love pigs and dogs equally.... cooked medium well with some yuzu drizzled over the top.

Jules: I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.
Vincent: Ah, so by that rationale, if a pig had a better personality, he would cease to be a filthy animal. Is that true?
Jules: Well we'd have to be talkin' about one charmin' motherf***in' pig. I mean he'd have to be ten times more charmin' than that Arnold on Green Acres, you know what I'm sayin'?

People in the Philippians, and other Asian islands, raise dogs to be slaughtered like we do cows pigs etc etc. I never been, but my cousins wife is from there, and went and visited some of her family. He showed us pictures of fences, in the markets, that have dogs for sale for cooking. He even showed us a picture if a table with a few different styles of cooked dogs. Looked just like roasting a pig, some of them.

For one domesticated/farm raised pigs and just like cows, sheep, lamb, turkey, chicken are not carnivores (they are grain and grass fed) which someone once told me makes the meat taste better and is more tender than that of a carnivore or partial carnivore like a dog, etc.
Dogs aren't livestock, they are workers (herding, protecting, finding, etc.) where as the other animals like pigs are herd/flock type livestock that perfectly fit as natural food providers to humans or other predator animals.
