Why is it that almost every transgender, non binary, gender fluid person I know also accompanied by depression, anxiety, insomnia, and other medical conditions that make then a victim of society?
When you try to find worth in being more oppressed than everyone else, it's corrosive both to society as a whole and terrible for the individual.

Who the hell hasn’t experienced depression, anxiety, or insomnia at some point? 
Some can handle it better than others, but some people aren’t mentally capable of getting out of their own way without therapy and medicine.

It is. And the accepted therapy is to allow adults to take hormones/have surgeries as they see fit.
The only issues with transgenderism is when we try to make large societal changes based on it or force children into the treatment before they can more reasonably decide for themselves as adults.

Which mental deficiency precipitates the other? Are the depressed, anxiety, etc. because the don’t know what they are, or does depression, anxiety, etc. lead to them not knowing what they are?

Cause that shite is super prevalent in younger generations today. Brain is being re-wired by smartphones, internet porn, grew up in 9/11, terrible job-market and an outlook saying only 50% will be better off than their parents, etc.
ETA: Also those same generations seem to house the majority of non-binary type people.

I’d assume being marginalized or different or disliked by large portions of society could cause depression and anxiety.
