I'm assuming you don't want to come to my fusion restaurant pop-up?

you're angry... about ice cream?

hopefully a startup somewhere has a product in development to help that crabby attitude!

People want to work for themselves for their own benefit? You should try it...you work more but it doesn't feel like it.

what I want to know is why everything is now a subscription service. This wine subscription service will change how you drink wine, a subscription service for gentlemen, the monthly sock subscription service you NEED in your life.

Because it’s much easier to plan and scale when you have a reliable recurring revenue stream as opposed to more peaks and valleys.

Small businesses opening are “startups”. Makes them feel important.

TCBY and other ice cream/yogurt shops follow the tragectory of sperry topsiders (+2 years). Popular in the 80’s and early 2010’s. Would not invest.

What gets me are well-established companies that claim to have "startup" culture or act as a startup to some degree. I worked for a couple companies like this.

Google, a multi-billion dollar company that is publically traded and has locations around the world claims it operates like a startup.

It's to the point that it's just another stupid buzzword.
