Guess you didn’t see his hair glam days.

It’s not just that you have such a shitty take. It’s also that you’re not embarrassed to openly display it.

No, no he wasn’t. I’m not sure how AIC got everyone to memory hole their glam phase, but they did.

I wasn’t listing them in order of when they came out. I was listing them in order of overall popularity/notoriety.

Vedder is definitely cooler. More charismatic.

Nah, He's always been an aloof wing nut and matured into holier than thou liberal assclown.

That is correct. Before Alice In Chains, there was Alice ‘N Chains (different band that Staley also fronted).

Really though, so many 90s bands were influenced by Bowie, take STP’s Tiny Music album, for example.

Alice In Chains was better than either.

And the dark horse candidate was
Days of the New.

Sure but by the time of Facelift in 89-90, he already had the grunge sound and look.

Same reason it’s cool to hate on Nickelback. Because some media personalities got together and made a couple jokes.

Meanwhile everyone uses them as a punchline knowing damn well they have their CD and use to rock it on the regular.

Those 90s singers and the way they did their voices was comical.

They all sounded like an Adam Sandler song

They all sounded to me like they were straining taking a dump.

You either didn't live in that era, or your memory severely fails you.

Or you're just a huge STP fan.

I have always wondered how Andrew Wood and Mother Love Bone would have fared if he hadn't OD'd. He was more charismatic than Vedder imo

There’s a likely chance there never is a Pearl Jam in this scenario and you never hear of Eddie Vedder.

Without the Pixies, Kurt would have had no one to rip off for Smells Like Teen Spirit and the revolution would have been muted.

Also, Los Angeles by Frank Black has been stuck in my head for about 90 days now.
