I would guess that Carlyss, Moss Bluff, other unincorporated areas have seen much more growth than LC proper.

Yea everything is expanding out. Moss Bluff is pushing out into Ragley now

yep...property much cheaper in Carlyss or MB then LC. Lots of friends in Carlyss area have built very nice houses for about 1/2 the price of what it would cost in LC.

Carlyss land is fairly pricey actually. And frick a bridge.

Yeah... getting the camellia crossing at River Ranch was a HUGE controversy. I lived on the other side of the river, and that neighborhood was destroyed. I was in a starter home so didn’t care as much, but there were people along the river on that side with beautiful, well established properties that got screwed.
