1. It’s nowhere near the parade route.

2. The bottom half of the pub is closed for renovations.

3. They’re selling stuff to rebrand after a cease and desist order was given because they lost the rights to their name.

4. I got VERY drunk there after the St. Patty’s Day Parade back in 2012 for my 21st birthday. My boys had to carry me down the stairs

They used to be a franchise of a chain of restaurants all called “The Londoner. When ownership of the parent company sold to new ownership, the owner of the BR franchise wanted independent. Parent company sued so he couldn’t keep using the chain name, so he’s rebranding. They should have taken my suggestion and rebranded as “The Dubliner”

So the owner of the chain sued them for having a similar name? Is this a McDonalds vs. McDowell’s situation?

Northern Ireland should be Irish. This is just a continuation of The Crown’s oppression.

Original Londoner BR owners had handshake agreement with the texas londoner people to use name and recipes
New texas owner wanted all kinds of franchise payments going back to londoner br opening so they have changed

Renovation should be done by monday. Still showing soccer, most memu is the same
