Bigger issue is it's right next to "reply" instead of being over to the right at the edge.

I always found the RA option kind of funny. If someone said something that offended me on a message board I'd just move on or possibly reply to them and tell them they're an idiot. I have pretty thick skin I guess.

Have you ever clicked that link? It would be fairly apparent if you did. There are a variety of options to request of the admin, including pinning the post to the top of the page or moving the post to a different board.
