Why does the FDA allow such harmful ingredients.

If you look at food content in other countries, they don’t have all the dyes, trisodium phosphates, and other crap that’s in our food. What is the purpose of the FDA if they are allowing all this crap.

Also why does the FDA allow flavored liquor, beers, and literal candy weed products…but vapes can’t be flavored. I don’t vape, it just makes zero sense to me

Govt getting payoffs. A tale as old as time. Govt corruption is real.

We finance other countries good habits, by paying more for crap. Corporations love it and governments get paid.

They don’t want you living long enough to claim social security.

First mistake is thinking the FDA is their for consumer protection. It’s obvious they not.

It keeps the hospitals thus big pharma in business. A patient cured is a patient lost.

Went to Italy last year and everywhere we ate the food was amazing. We got to chatting with our waiter one night and asked him why their food was so delicious. He told us that Italy’s federal requirements permit less than 50 preservatives to be used, and most of them are natural. He said the USA allows over 500.
He answered without hesitation so I’m guessing he gets that question often.
ETA: It also explained why we could eat such large portions over there and never felt like shite. Here, we eat more than half a serving at dinner and it feels like I’m about to explode.

Our government is more corrupt than other countries. The FDA is bought and paid for. Go work the the FDA for five years, approve some shite for a company, retire from the FDA and go work for said company. Tale as old as time.

There's also foods banned in the U.S. that isnt in other countries. If you don't like something then dont eat it.

We no longer eat food.
We eat foodlike products.
We eat foodlike products.

Straight up massive corruption. Why does the CDC say covid shots are completely safe?

Wait til you realize "organic" labels on food aren't really as organic as you think.

Oh, I agree. We have the personal choice to not buy those products. But have you looked
At trying to find options out there that does not have all this crap. Even if you go to Whole Foods or some other similar type store, most of the food in there still has this crap.

They’re putting chemicals in the food and making the younger generation gay.

A healthy population is much harder to manipulate

I would agree food mislabeling is a huge problem. I'd rather fix that than just start banning foods that may or may not be deemed as unhealthy.

You can take any product like Heinz ketchup for example sold in both US and Canada and look at the back, same size etc. It's pretty shocking. There's 20 plus ingredients in the US and less than half of that on the CN label. All in the name of a couple of extra weeks for shelf life expy date.
