Cost of unpackng that shrink wrapped case and storing them in the cold case until you buy them.

And because they can do that and folks will still buy them.

When you want a single bottle, why not just buy the $2.00 hot water case and give the excess bottles to those guys on the street at the intersections who are asking for money. Report back on how many of them threw it back at you when they saw it wasn't cold.

Bottled water is right up there with diamonds on the “genius move to sucker idiots” scale

Because the water molecule are a-hole, and it takes longer to throw them into one bottle by itself than when when there's a whole gross of them and you're filling at the same time. So, the skilled labor costs involved in the production go up.

Baton Rouge has much better tap water than Nola

fact...aquifer fed by artisan wells...

now if we can get the plants from pumping it dry and use the Mississippi for cooling instead we would be set...

Good. Hopefully each bottle raises blood pressure high enough to kill off the environmentalists. Plastic bottles only for me.

The ball is moved and points are scored by using your foot/feet to advance the ball down the field, across the goal-line or kicking the ball through the uprights.

Because people are stupid enough to pay $2.00 for something that should cost 10 cents.

I think other languages basically call toes "foot fingers."

Makes sense to me.

Why does anyone buy bottled water? It is a waste of money, energy, and a source of tremendous pollution. Tap water is safe, delicious, and almost free. One of the defining marks of a successful civilization is clean tap water, and almost every municipality in America offers it. New Orleans just happens to have the best.

I agree with everything stated until the final sentence. New Orleans tap water is one of the worst in the country. Slightly above Flint, Michigan. If I lived there I would have a reverse osmosis system or drink bottled water.

I don't want any water that costs only $2.00 for a case of 24. That's insane.

Why does 1 hooker from New Orleans cost $100.00 and 3 hookers from New Iberia also cost $100.00?

Why do people pay $2.50-2.99 for a soda at a restaurant when you can buy a large circle k pop for .79?
