Why do worthless POS boyfriends murder children?

I came home to this tonight and, I don't know why, but it pissed me off. Scratch that, I know why. It's because I'm tired of seeing stories about worthless pieces of shite somehow threatened by their woman having kids so much that they kill them. Why is this? Who's to blame? How can it be stopped? Why am I thinking about this shite on a Saturday night?

Lions do it too.
I used to mentor at an inner city school and i learned a long time ago and heard some truly horrifying stuff and I learned something, all you can do is take one step at a time and try to help make someone’s life better in whatever way and if you can do that, you’ve done good.

Does anyone have a reasonable explanation for heinous behavior? Some people are awful, and when they act on their nature, probably ought to be put to death.
ETA: I have had a thought: On the first conviction of a violent crime, a person should be sterilized. On the second, they are subject to the death penalty.

Well, the lions do it because they don’t want the lionesses to spend time and energy raising cubs of other lions so it kills all cubs it hasn’t sired so his young can get all the attention

I get that. But we, as human beings, have moral agency, and more or less, feel compelled (or at least recognize) the need to follow 'natural law', the chief rule of which is not to kill anyone who doesn't pose an existential threat to you. I know we all make fun of cuckoldry, but the debasement of that state does not follow in to the murder of children.

We can’t be accurate enough within our justice system to be sure of that.
I’ve talked a lot with a buddy whose a cop stationed in a ghetto in Chicago recently and I might do a post about some of the things we’ve talked about about there’s a very large gap between what’s legal and what’s moral. He could call child protective services on pretty much every house he goes into. But realistically, they couldn’t do that.

Male mammals instinctively kill offspring that isnt theirs, so the female will be available to procreate with him and raise his own offspring. We're animals too and the veneer of civilization covering our biological urges is very thin.

Every new generation confuses and frightens the previous ones. The exponential growth of our population makes it harder and harder to deal with. It’s sad to say, but there isn’t much we can do. Values in this country and/or world are too far out of whack

The scum at the bottom of the cesspool of humanity breed prolifically, subsidized by those who actually have skin in the game, then raise their bastards in a system which glorifies senseless violence.
This, coupled by low IQ and little to no home training due to lack of responsible fathers and whores for mothers only compounds a deadly situation. Short tempers and ready access to mind altering substances (again, due to the fact that income isn’t spent on the bills the rest of us pay) ends in the grim manner on display here.
Solution? Sterilization of those who will not contribute to the betterment of society.

Bro, we may be the most advanced race on the planet but we're still animals at heart deep down in our cores who still eat meat and drink water and kill other people for personal gain.
The mere fact that we're not 100% immune to such desires means that the absolute gutter and most ignorant like poor trash like the murderer in the OP is that percent who fall to such desires.
The fact to the matter is that the biggest threat to young children are adult men who are not related to them or even friends with their parents.

I agree. I wouldn't have posted if I didn't see it all the time. Whenever I see a headline about a dead kid, I can almost guarantee that a "boyfriend" is responsible.
