it's interesting to me that some blacks don't need help, while others think they need help

Idk what group loves being persecuted more, blacks or christians.

Because they keep being told that they are oppressed over and over again for their entire lives even though data says otherwise.

Same reason every athlete ever bitches at the ref when they're being fouled - they want an advantage next time it happens.

Because the media and Democrats have told them so. They've told them that they are opposed and that they must vote dem to work their way out of oppression, because old white Democrats know what's best for them and how to execute the plan. Just look at how great of a job they've been doing the last 50-60 years of helping them out.
They are being played by both the media and Democrats right now, neither who actually give a frick about them.

Honestly I was willing to help until they disgraced Drew Brees.
Now I’m asking “how can I do less?”

Dude entire Christian villages are being slaughtered. Churches are being burnt down with people inside. CNN doesn't tell you that because they also hate Christians.
There are 250 million Christians living in countries that actually oppress them.

I'm familiar with the violent crime statistics. I thought you had something specifically about your "oppression" stance.

You realize there are black people, that are not that old, that actually were oppressed right?

I understand. Guess I didn't realize those past oppressions were still active in the present

So is it not reasonable for someone that was admittedly oppressed during their formative years to have their worldview be significantly affected by said oppression? And how many years/generations do you allow for an entire group to overcome that oppression?
ETA: I get where you're coming from, but there are tons of people on both sides, the oppressed black people and the racist white people, that still hold on to the past

Opression in 2020 is a choice.
